with Kalita 185 Metal Wave Dripper
• Coffee: 15,5g
• Water: 70 PPM & 250g
• Temperature: 93°
• Grind: “Filter” position of the Wilfa Svart Aroma
1 Pour in 40 g of water, first rapidly, then slowly.
2 From 50 seconds: pour in a spiral for 10 seconds until the filter is 3⁄4 full.
3 Continue pouring the water up to the 250 g mark, always in the centre, at the same speed as the coffee flowing into the carafe.
4 Total extraction time: between 2 min. 20 seconds and 2 min. 40 seconds.
