• Ratio: 1 :16
• Coffee: 15 g
• Water: 240 g
• Temperature: HOT! Almost boiling
• Grind: Average, between 700 & 1,000 microns (adjust according to preference!)
• Tip : Make sure you take the filters from the outside first (not the inside), to avoid “breaking” the shape.

Rinse the filter, mainly to preheat the filter holder and carafe.
Slowly pour in 80 g of
water, making sure all the grind comes into contact with the water.
After 1 minute (all the water will have passed into the carafe, this is not a problem!), pour 80 g of water, without touching the edges of the filter to avoid bypassing as much as possible.
Pour in the remaining 80 g of water, and gently shake the filter holder just after pouring to ensure a flat coffee bed.
