The Delter Coffee Press is the first coffee maker to use the “injection brewing” process.
The Delter’s design, combined with its unique plunger system, allows you to control the injection of water through coffee under pressure.
You can pre-infuse your coffee. As a result, flavours are more well-developed with a clean cup.

For 400 ml, measure out 4 caps (24 g)

BARISTA RECIPE

• Coffee: 18g
• Timing : your choice
• Water: 1 x 150 + 3 x 100
We’ll assume that the Delter doser holds 6 g.
1 18 g (3 doses) of ground coffee, the type of grind used for an Italian coffee maker. This will create resistance and give the coffee more body.
2 Fill the chamber with the ground coffee and wet it just enough to ensure everything is well soaked for pre-infusion.
3 Then close, turn it over and pour/press: 1×150 and 3×100.
To respect the same “nomadic” spirit, we don’t use a timer or weighing scales, the different stages simply follow on from each other with no specific timing.
LAURE’S TIP:
Put the coffee directly into the compartment and screw the cap on with the filter.
