LAURE’S RECIPE:
1 Grind 17 g of coffee (medium grind) and pour it into the filter holder.
2 Attach the filter holder under the base.
3 Pour hot water (93 °C) up to the line in the middle (about 100 ml) and wait for 30 seconds (pre-infusion).
4 Place the lid on and press with your thumbs a dozen times, until all the water has passed through.
