ATAGO POCKET REFRACTOMETER
A refractometer is an essential tool for setting benchmarks and improving cupping and tasting regularity.
The TDS/BRIX PAL-COFFEE refractometer calculates the TDS (total dissolved solids) in the cup, which is the total amount of solids found in the coffee once transformed from its solid to liquid state. The BRIX is used to measure sugar content. Requires use of pipettes.
The ideal tool for controlling good coffee extraction and helping to detect problems (grind quality, water, pouring, etc.).
