      THE ASOBU RECIPE + • Coffee-water ratio: 1 g of coffee / 15 g of water. d’eau.
1 Assemble the Pour Over by screwing the glass infuser and carafe on either side of the flared sleeve, then add the metal filter.
2 Add the ground coffee and start brewing.
3 First extraction: drip the coffee for 30 to 45 seconds from the center of the cone to the outside of the cone, turning in a spiral to cover the coffee with water. At this stage, avoid direct contact between the filter and the water.
4 Second extraction: wait 15 seconds and pour the rest of the water using the same method.
5 Once the extraction is complete, remove the filter and enjoy!
