        LAURE’S RECIPE
The most classic recipe in the world:
• Coffee: 15 g
• Water: 250 g
• Grind: medium
• 3 pours, total extraction time 3 min.
1 Pre-infuse by moistening the entire of the coffee bed.
2 Resume pouring once all the water has fallen into the carafe.
Be careful not to touch the edges of the filter paper otherwise all the fine particles will migrate to the bottom of the cone and create a blockage.
