I had fun testing recipes with small quantities, using the Origami plastic dripper and Kalita Wave filters. I generally found that it improves vibrancy.
  • Coffee: 12 g
• Water: 200 g
• Temperature: 90°c
• Grind: 20-23 Comandante clicks
• Filter: Kalita wave 155
1 Pour 50 g in a spiral for 15 seconds, then another 50 g in the centre.
2 Pour the last 100 g in a spiral.
