The brand sources its materials carefully and from within Europe: the aluminium and steel come from the UK and the burrs from Italy. 90% of manufacturing takes place within a 20-minute radius of the company’s head office in Edinburgh. To reduce use of plastic, the company packages it grinders in an organic cotton bag, also made in the UK.
And finally, to limit loss of raw materials, it sends all non-conforming metal parts to a metal recycling programme.
