How about a Japanese Iced Coffee?
The recipe: 30 g coffee (at a slightly finer grind than usual), 250 g water and 250 g ice cubes (made using filtered water).
1. Pour all the ice cubes into the Chemex. 2. Position the filter and add the coffee.
3. Pour the water into the tank and turn on the Chemex.
4. Once extracted, stir the carafe well until the ice cubes have completely melted.
