Instant cold coffee
A hot coffee is extracted and cooled on ice cubes.

THE BARISTA’S RECIPE
1 Rinse the filter with hot water.
2 Add 30g of ground coffee.
3 Fill the plastic insert of the coffee maker with 250g of ice cubes.
4 Make a first pour of 100g and wait 30 seconds.
5 Pour in the remaining 15g of water in a spiral.
6 Once the infusion is complete, stir the extraction until the liquid is cold. Enjoy!
