 COLD BREW
Cold brew : Cold infusion from 8 to 24h
The easiest method, we pour tempered water on grinded coffee, and wait. The result is a round and tasty cup without acidity.

Designed to look like a wine bottle, this brewer produces a generous and refreshing brew for any time of day. Its shape makes it particularly easy to store the bottle in a cool place for 5 days.

        THE BARISTA’S RECIPE
1 Put 60 g of ground coffee in the filter and screw it onto the cap of the bottle.
2 Fill the bottle with 750 ml of water. Close the bottle with the cap and shake the coffee maker 2 / 3 times.
3 Let it stand in the fridge for 12 hours or at room temperature for 8 hours.
Enjoy on its own, with ice or in a cocktail!
COLD BREW RECIPE:

French Brewers Cup Champion 2018 and bartender at Divine, Paris
Ingredients:
- 4 cl cold brew coffee
- 3 cl Clairin Sajous Haitian rum
- 1 cl Smith and Cross Jamaican rum - 1.5 cl homemade orgeat
- 1.5 cl Dry Curaçao (orange liqueur) - 1.5 cl banana liqueur
- 3 dashes of Orange Bitter
1 Infuse 120 g of coarsely ground coffee in 1 litre of filtered water for 20 hours.
2 Use undiluted for cocktails, or dilute to 1/5th to enjoy as is!
