THE RECIPE OF LAURE
• Coffee : 25 g
• Water : 400 ml at 93° C
• Grind: medium
1st pour: 100 g of water in 30 sec without shower head
2nd pour : Place the shower head,
tare your scale your scale again, and slowly add the remaining 300 g on the shower head.
Total time : 4 minutes
The result is a concentrated cup with body
