Empruntez le sentier du littoral, il vous permettra de passer d’un port à l’autre. Au détour de votre balade, vous rencontrerez des ostréiculteurs de retour de la marée en train de décharger leur plate... pendant ce temps-là d’autres désatroqueront leurs huîtres ou chauleront les tuiles pour le captage du naissain.
Take your time to go for a stroll through our seven oyster-farming ports ; you will enjoy their particular atmosphere and you will simply feel like being somewhere else !
Walk along the coastline path and go from one port to another. All along the way, you will meet oyster-farmers coming back from their oyster-beds and unloading their boats... Some others will be separating their oysters or whitewashing the tiles they use to collect spat.
